[Ti(h2o)6]+3 is coloured while [fe(h2o)6]+3 is coloreless why??

If you fill the elecrons in Ti according the electronic configuration as taught in complex compound, chapter in class 12th chemistry then you will find some vacant orbital in Ti but in Fe you will find no vacant orbital so electron cannot jump from one orbital to another in Fe but in Ti it can jump which result in colour formation.
