Qutub-ud-din Aibak was the founder of the Slave dynasty. He assumed the title of 'Sultan' for the first time in the history of India and made Delhi his capital. He was also known as 'Lakh Baksh' or giver of lakhs for his magnanimity, as he gave a lot of liberal donations. He started the construction of the Qutub Minar in the memory of Khawaja Qutubuddin Bhaktiyar Kaki but could complete only the first storey. So all the statements are true.
