1. Write the format correctly.
2. Do not write your opinions in the report. Stick to the facts.
3. State where the mishap occurred, when it occurred and who are the suspects involved.
4. Be sure to quote someone in the report (you receive marks for this in the exam). Quote an environmentalist or the Head of the Forest Department.
5. State what the officials have been doing in order to catch the culprits.
6. End it saying how this is a huge problem with many cases surfacing in recent times.
