till Independence Our International Trade was not favourable to our country because of the following reasons :

1) our country was mainly and exporter of raw materials like cotton, oil seeds, jute ,hides and skins and some minerals those things were mainly exported to the ruling country that is great Britain to meet the requirements of their factories

2) our main imports where the manufactured goods like cotton Textiles cosmetics consumer goods of daily extra this includes mainly came from Great Britain

3) we also exported tea and coffee which wear under the control of the British capital and Enterprises

from the above discussion it becomes quite clear that our country had to pay more than she earn from her exports all the explosives went to England and the British nationals all this exploitation made by the foreigner trade quite unfavourable to India under the British rule
