Area of rectangular dining room = l × b

length, l = 12 feet

bredth, b = 14 feet

Area = 12 × 14 = 168

Area of circle = πr^2

r = d/2 = 5/2

22/7 × 5/2 ×5/2 = 19.64285714

Area of the room not covered by the table = Area of rectangular dining room - Area of circular table

Area = 168 - 19.64285714

Area = 148.36

briyanapollard: is there another way you can do it?
MalikaShr: no I don't think so..?
briyanapollard: ok
