Time and Tide wait for none
This proverb illustrates the importance of time and also says that there is nothing which is more precious than time.
The words TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NO MAN is due to the reason that the tides that come out in the sea are there forever and they do not stop or wait for anybody.
Geoffrey Chaucer had said this proverb
