[ TIME = DISTANCE COVERED / SPEED OF THE OBJECT]

Work done by a body is the product of force applied with displacement produced by the body. It either occurs in the direction of force applied or negative in direction to the force applied
[WORK = FORCE × DISPLACEMENT]
