Time humbles even the greatest of the great. One should cultivate the quality of humility. Describe how time has reduced the mighty Ozymandias to nothing.

Ozymandias is a boastful person and thinks that he is my dear then the Mighty Kings he does not know that time is more powerful than him he does not have much respect for those whom he dominates and treats them with s c o r n he feels to appreciate the fact that within time all his strengths will go and he will deport with nothing in his hand neither does he realise that even the massive statue and his strong Empire will disintegrate over a period of time unless they are taken care of

Time humbles the greatest, the mightiest, and the richest. Time changes everything and that is the theme of the sonnet ‘Ozymandias’ by Shelley.

The poet describes how once the mighty kings later declined with time. Through his poem, he reiterates that time is a constant and infinite but human beings and their achievements are just transitory.

He tells that Ozymandias who boasted himself as the king of kings; however, time passed by his proof is just a broken piece of statue. So there is no need for anyone to boast of his/her mighty. Time can change or erase anything; so without boasting of anything, we must learn to be humble in life.
