time is a part of 4th dimension so why it has been included in 1st 2nd and 3rd dimensions

we actually have no idea to the limits of what dimensions can be maths can show dimensions up-to more than 10, But in reality or it might be an illusion now one knows what's the limit and why is it ! well time we have 4 dimensions they are length,width,depth(height), and time, space we actually measure the time it's like axes just like we have x, y, z axis but we don't make 4th axis which has to be perpendicular to all when we measure we always get 3,dimensions because our world is 3D we miss 1 or may be more thus we measure time in 3D measuring it totally do includes space. and curvature. We basically deal with normal mechanical physics thus we use time as normal fundamental Dimensional quantities,
