Here is your answer

___________________________________

There are only 4 prime number which can form three digit number are 2 , 3 , 5 , 7

if we do the product of 2 and 3 then the resultant number is single 3rd digit

we do like this

2 * 5 = 10

3 * 5 = 15

so first two digit number is either must be 2 or 3

four possible number of three digit

224 , 236 , 326 , 339

Difference between and reserve and itself = 396

I think 236 is the number which satisfy the condition

it's Reserve = 632

we subtract = 632 - 396 = 236

11 is the sum of three digit number

so in 236

6 is the unit digit number

we do product of two number ( 2 *3 ) which is prime

so the reversing digit = 632

itself digit = 236

so, we add

2 +3 + 6 = 11

hence your answer is 11
