hey mate, here's your answer:-

(0,4)

we can see in the coordinates that the first number (x, taken as 0 in this question) lies on the x-axis or abscissa and second number (y, taken as 4 in this question) lie on y-axis or ordinate

so, we can conclude that the abscissa (x)

is 0 and ordinate (y) is 4.

now in f(x) we will substitute the value of

x that is 0:-
