whatever be the time table u should follow it strictly and it should be consistent
i think u should start with biology complete whole bio then move to chemistry and then physics

many people will say u to study just for 3 or 4 hours but to qualify u have to work hard
in mine time table u have to study approx.4to 5 hours

it depends if u can wake early in the morning sleep at 10 or 11 but if u are not a morning person then study upto 1 or 2 am and wake late in the morning
but he have to aplly this time table because these are board days and his health should be perfect
there are just 2 or 3 years for building career , health should be priority after building career

Wake up at 5AM in morning and go for a walk and exercise for an hour.Then at 6AM brush,refresh and take bath.Wear your school uniform and then eat breakfast and also read newspaper.Revise your subjects homework until your school bus time.7Am -2AM school.After coming from school refresh yourself take snacks and watch TV for 30 mins.and go for studies from 3PM to 6PM.Then play and hour.Take bath after playing and then watch TV or anywork u want.Then take dinner AMD go for studies.Pack your bag and go for sleep at 10PM.
