Refractive index affects the velocity of light here sunlight and the given refractive index is 1.5 then the velocity comes to
3*10^8/1.5 = 2*10^8 m/s
Now the given thickness is 4mm which is 0.004 m
Now the = 0.004/2*10^8
= 0.002*10-8 secs
