timetable which time writing and learning please help me

#1. You should do your writing work.
#2. Than you should take some rest or play (Chess...Carrom..or any outdoor game...) or you can take a power nap.
#3. After that you should do your learning work...

Just you should make spare time in use other than the coaching time and school time...
Follow as follows:

* Make first 1 & 1/2 hours for completing all the work.
* Then you go to learning processes.
* Make a routine of at least 2 hours daily for learning.
