Solution:

(a ± b)²   = a² ± 2ab + b²

First Term = a²   = square of 1st Term in Expression

Second term = 2ab  = 2 * multiplication of both term in expression

sign of 2nd/middle term is same as sign between both terms in expression

Last term = b²    = square of 2nd/Last Term in Expression
