do meditation daily...

go out for playing instead of playing games on phone...

uninstall all the social networking apps.....

set a particular time to open ur phone...

sum of two things that have always had for studying better or do your home study in a quiet place away from all distractions do first the subject that you like then the rest of the work will be easier do all the assignments if you have written your homework in your diary correctly you'll be sure to do the right assignment do the assignment the way that you are taught in the school all the college where ever do your best work best thinking and best writing check your work when you are finished ask yourself when you are finished whether you have done your best Get Enough physical exercise in the afternoon it will help leave it will help you to study better if you have something to memorize do it all at night then we call it as gain in the morning study at end of the week all that was learnt during the week that glitters are meant to help you to do so prayer before and after your studies that God may bless your efforts to succeed
