$ How to concentrate on studies !!! $
- First find a place where you get more peace & no disturbance. ( At evening 6 & morning 5 ).
- Later you take the important notes & start reading.
- At morning / evening times try to eat Almonds ( 4 - 5 ) which makes our memory to increase.
- If you don't get concentration you please just close your eyes & do meditation for an hour.
- Don't keep re-reading the same notes.
- Speak Out Loud Instead of Simply Reading.
- Don't play more games.
- Don't watch television after 1 hour.
