tips to wake up on time ! PLS HELP I CANT WAKE UP EVEN AT 12 PM AND I HAVE BOARD EXAMS​

Try to sleep early. Practice waking up early at least two days before the exam. If you wake up early everyday it will become your routine and you won't even want an alarm to wake up.

After the alarm rings, try to do something that pleases you like reading a page of your favourite book.

Keep an alarm 15 minutes before the actual time. Switch it off, open the curtains and take a nap for that 15 minutes so that you can enjoy sleeping during the 15 minutes.

So boards are near for u right

Make sure that if you are not able to wake up at morning better adjust for night study (even u do the same Like I read till 4 in the morning and sleep 7 hours... and start my routines again)

And make a mindset that you should and will wake up soon

And the best app of alarm will be ALARMY it will not leave u to sleep again ⏰⏰

Avoid hitting or snoozing alarms

Open the windows or turn on the light as you wake up

Get out for a walk @least for 5mins

Drinking a glass of water as soon as you wake up it will keep you away from sleeping again

mnv3: thankyou so much i have ALARMY but it sounds so irritating so i switch my phone off and wake up very late . i have maths solver alarm also .NOTHING WORKS
