Phloem --> Phloem is the smaller tissue that is responsible for the transport of the prepared food from the leaves to the rest of the parts of the plant.

Phloem consists of:

» Sieve tube

» Sieve cell

» Companion cell

» Phloem fiber

» Phloem parenchyma
