Title: To check the effect of temperature on bacterial growth.
Material required: Three bowls, milk-cold, warm and hot, a sample of curd,
Steps to perform the experiment:
1) Take three empty bowls and label them A, B and C.
2) Pour very hot milk into Bowl A.
3) Pour just warm (lukewarm) milk into Bowl B.
4) Pour very cold milk into Bowl C.
5) Add a half teaspoon of curd sample into each of the bowls and stir well.
6) Cover the bowls and leave them undisturbed for atleast 5-7 hrs.
