Answer:

1) Correct answers =12 ×5= 60

Incorrect answers =6 × 3= 18

60 - 18 = 42.

So the total score of bhanu is 42.

2) Correct answers = 10.

Incorrect answers = 10.

10 × 5 = 50

10 × 3 = 30

So 50 - 30 = 20.

Naresh scores total 20 marks.

3) Correct answers = 5

Incorrect answers = 9

5 × 5 = 10

9 × 3 = 27

So 27-10= 17

So shalini scores total 17 marks.

Step-by-step explanation:

First we have to see the correct answers marks, for that we have to take the number of questions she has answered correctly and take the number that we get for every correct answers example of bhanu she got 12 correct and we get for every correct answers is 5 so now I take these both numbers and multiply them then what I get answers is the marks that she scored for correct answer. here 12 × 5= 60. 60 is the marks she scored for correct answers.

Now to calculate the incorrect marks we have to take the number of time she answered incorrectly and take the number that gets subtracted for incorrect answers example of bhanu only will shall take she answered 6 incorrect and the number that gets subtracted is (-3) so first u take the both numbers multiply them then what u get the answer minus it by the score of correct answers. 6×3=18. then 60 - 18 = 42.

0 marks for not attempted questions no live it as it is don't have to do anything with it because anything added or subtracted from 0 is 0.
