Mili mole of 10 mL 0.1M HCl solution is equal to 10x.1=1

Mili mole of 30 mL 0.5M HCl solution is equal to 30x.5=15

Total mili mole of both solution is equal to 1+15=16

MOLARITY OF HCl solution=

=Total mili mole of both solution/TOTAL VOLUME of solution

16/40=.4
