as we know 10 pencils are red in box
and total pencils in box is = 30
so ratio of red pencils is =33.33
after adding the X number of pencils red pencils will be 25%
so if 25 % of pencils is = 10 ( bz red pencils numbers fixed )
1% of pencils will be = 10/25
100% of pencils will be = 10/25*100 = 40
so now we got total pencils 40
earlier we got total pencils were 30
so now added non red pencils are = 40-30= 10 pencils
