Draw a circle of radius 4cm.
keeping compass at the centre, draw an angle of 120 degree,coz(180-60=120)
Extend the radius line outside the circle and draw the perpendicular bisector of the whole line.
now, draw a perpendicular bisector of the 120 degree line and extend it till it meets the 1st bisector.
At the intersection point, tao tangents are obtained with angle of 60 degree between them.
