See this due the concept of theory of relatavity. This is depends on the frame the reference( in simple words it means that this depends upon the position of the observer). Suppose let us assume we are at rest.If we observe from space we all might be moving even though when we r at rest cause the earth is rotating so we all might be seem to rotate But when observing from earth the observer would see me being at rest.
