1. First thing is to keep the things you want to achieve always in your mind , For ex - Sometimes people take large goals in their mind but then they don't do the things needed with knowing also that what they have to do , In short they are not serious about the things they are doing to achieve that they want.
2. Avoid things which take you away from your goal , It means not waste your time in other things which attracts you but don't take you to your goal. But remember don't be too strict with you (you may spend your 1 hour at the most in things you like because if you will not do it then you will not be satisfied with whatever you are doing)
3. Don't prepare any routine on piece of paper , Keep it in your mind because writing anything on paper may sometimes cause stress to you.
4. Never celebrate if you are following everything according to your goal because this will make you lazy regarding your goal and you will not be able to pay attention.
