heart has 4 chambers
left atrium,left ventricle, right atrium and right ventricle.
left ventricle is in bottom of left atrium and right ventricle is in bottom of right atrium
left atrium and left ventricle is seperated from right atrium and right ventricle by septum
upper septum is called interstitium septum and lower septem is called interventricular septum
in heart between atrium and ventricle there is valves which protect the back flow of blood
