to an aquaeous solution of sodium hydroxide a few drops of phenolphethalein were added .what do you observe? to the solution small amount of dilute HCl was added .what do you observe now ?explain your answer.

NaOH is basic in nature.So its shows pink in.colour.When HCl is added ,it becomes neutral and.it becomes colourless.
