The kinetic energy is mostly dependent on the kinetic energy because it is the only property of the object which do not change at a system of motion.

We can say that if the particle have a lot of velocity but no kinetic energy then it would surely have a comparatively low kinetic energy then that object which have a high mass and but can say that the velocity is in square so the velocity remains a more dependent factor because it is a thing which is variable and we can say that a larger mass object can't achieve the kinetic energy which a body can achieve if  it can have a very larger velocity.
