To describe everyday actons or events........... we use simple present and present continuous......... then what is the difference between them

simple present tense shows things in a general way , like things happen repeatedly , or, to talk about something that happens always. whereas present continuous tense shows action that is going on happening now or at the time of talking .
e.g. she writes composition daily.[s.present]
she is writing composition now.[p.cont..]
e.g. she writes composition daily.[s.present]
she is writing composition now.[p.cont..]
