(c) Terminals of ammeter are wrongly connected
The ammeter here would be used to measure the current passing through the wire with the resistances in series. However the terminals of ammeter are wrongly connected. The positive terminal of ammeter must be connected to the positive terminal of the battery, and negative with the negative.
