To determine the volume of an irregularly shaped object that is stone and to determine the density of the stone assuming the mass of the stone to be 10 grams​

First thing you have to know is that you are measuring an irregular shape , so you cannot use any scales or any thing , Take a displacement can , it is like a measuring cylinder , with an opening , fill it with water , and put the stone inside it , the voulme of water that flows out is te voulume of the stone , measue it.

Here , the mass of the stone is 10g.

The voulme of the stone is : [assume it as x ]

Density ; Mass/volume

= 10g/x
