The correct option (C) 327°

Explanation:

Pressure is constant & PV = nRT

i.e. V = (nRT/P)

V ∝ T

Volume is doubled i.e. V2 = 2V1

∴ (V2/V1) = (T2/T1)

∴ 2 = (T2/T1)

∴ T2 = 2T1

∴ T2 = 2(273 + 27)

T2 = 600 k

∴ T2 = 600 – 273 = 327°C
