Lets do this by a shortcut method
Assume the volume of first buckets as full buckets
Earlier for two full buckets of water we had to use two buckets only.
But now the capacity is reduces and we will have to use 3 buckets for 2 full buckets of water.
Thats how,
3*(2/3)=2
So for ten full buckets of water we use 3*5=15 buckets of reduces capacity.
Hope this hepls!
