ERV (expiratory reserve volume)- It is the air that can be expired from lungs after a tidal expiration.

TV (tidal volume)- It is the volume of air that moves into and out of lungs with each breath.

RV (residual volume)- It is the volume air left in the lungs after maximum expiration.
