To find the whole numbers that are between 32 and 53 we have to subtract both the numbers and subtract one,right. So if we wanted to know how many natural numbers are between 18 and 43, should we subtract one?

And To find the natural numbers that are there from 18 to 43, we add 1 to the answer, so to find the whole numbers from 32 to 53 should we add one?
