In order to form the image on the object itself,we should place the object at centre of curvature(c).

★There are two types of spherical mirrors.

■Concave and convex mirrors.

●Concave mirrors form real and virtual images.

◆Convex mirror form virtual image for any point/distance of the object.

◆Magnification of concave mirrors is less than 1 or 1 or more than 1.

◆Concave mirror are used in shaving mirrors,make up mirrors,in headlights of cars,in reflectors of room heaters.

◆Concave mirrors are used in TV dish antennas

●Convex mirrors are used in shop security mirrors and in rear view mirror in vehicles.
