To form the image on the object itself, the object should kept at the center of curvature of a concave mirror and 2 rays are drawn:-
1.One which is parallel to the principle axis and passes through the focus 'F after reflection.
2.Another which through the focus of the concave mirror becomes parallel to the principle axis after reflection.

Answer:
When the object is kept at centre of curvature of a concave mirror the image will form on the object itself, but it is an inverted image.
Explanation:
● A ray coming parallel to principal axis and falls on concave mirror after reflection passes through the focus.
● Another ray passing through focus of the mirror and falls on the mirror, after reflection passes parallel to the principal axis.
● These two rays meet at a point and image is formed. This point of ray diagram is the centre of curvature of the image, but image is inverted, real and same size.
