To get instant energy what would you select glucose or butter? why?

to get instant energy i will select glucose because it has carbohydrate which will work faster than the butter, the butter contains fat which will help but not instantly..

I wud choose Glucose becuz it is the simplest form of carbohydrate and is easily used by our body, we all wud choose it becuz our body processes carbohydrates faster that fats. Fats need to be broken down by our body into carbohydrate!
