To prove: ar(PSR)=ar(PSR) ​

given : PSR is a triangle.and PQ  = PR

TPT : PS > PW

proof : 

in Δ PQR, PQ = PR 

therefore

∠PQR = ∠PRQ

now ∠prq >∠psq 

∠PRQ> PSQ or ∠PRS > PSR

now in the triangle PSR : ∠PRS> ∠PSR

therefore  PS >PR  

thus PS > PQ

HENCE ITS PROVED

PQ || PR

And so, Traingles PSR and PQR lie on the same base between the same parallel lines

Thus, they're equal in area. [Because, triangles on the same base between the same parallel lines are equal]
