to Like monkeys, we'd swing from the branches and leap- Onto dried crackling leaves that were piled in a heap! We would pluck at the fruit that sparkled like gold. - We feasted the kings till Teacher would scold! When the school bus arrived, we tumbled out in great haste, And raced to our trees with no second to waste But alas! We were met with a shock and surprise, Oceans o tears welled up in our eye...
