To make a saturated
solution, 72 g of sodium
chloride is dissolved in 200 g
of water at 200 degree C.
find its solubility at the same
temperature.

Answer:

Given:

m = 72 g

M = 200 g

T = 20 °C

Solution :

Concentration of the solution is given by-

C = mass(solute) / mass(solution) × 100

C = m / (m + M) × 100

C = 72 / (72+200) × 100

C = 72 / 272 × 100

C = 26.47 %

∴ Concentration of the solution is 26.47 %

∴ [4]  none of the above
