Step-by-step explanation:

Ratio of blue and yellow paints = 3:2

Amount of yellow paints = 12 liters

let amount of blue paint be x liters

 \frac{blue}{yellow} = \frac{3}{2} \\ \\ \frac{x}{12} = \frac{3}{2} \\ \\ x = \frac{3 \times 12}{2} \\ \\ x = 18 \: \: \: liters

Hence blue colour is 18 liters.
