To measure internal diameter and depth of the given beaker using vernier callipers and hence find its volume

We can measure internal Diameter of Beaker using Vernier caliper Internal Jaws.

Internal Radius = Internal Diameter /2

Or We we Can measure external diameter using external Jaws and measure thickness using External Jaws again.

External Radius  = External Diameter / 2

Internal Radius = External Radius - Thickness

Depth can be measured by using Vernier caliper depth measuring Blade

Then We can found Volume of beaker using formula

\pi R^{2} h

where R = internal Radius & h = Depth
