Take on of the axis as temperature and the other as time. Now take the desired interval of time in which you want to measure the temperature and make marks on the time axis. Now mark your observations of temperature in the sequence you've observed in the graph. Take the point where both the measurement intersect and draw the graph. Example, at interval of 5 minutes the temperature noted were 20, 21, 22 and so on, then we will mark the points as 5,20 and 10,21 and so on then join all of these points and you're done.
