Aim:To observe the nucles in cheek cells
Apparatus :wooden spoon, cover slip, dropper, slide, glycerine, microscope, tissue paper
Procedure:
1.Take wooden spoon and rub sometime your cheeck inside your mounth but don't rub hardly it may harm u.
2. Now take them on slide and add few drops of glycerine with dropper for prevention of dry cell.
3.Cover it with cover slip and poke the slide with needle.
4. Then excess amount of glycerine comes out of cover slip so remove it with tissue paper.
5.Observe the slide under microscope
Oservation: i observed that cheek cell were containing nceus between them.
Result: i observed the cheek cells
