To perform an experiment, take 4 ml of sodium
carbonate in a test tube and mark it A. Take 4 ml
of ethanoic acid in another test tube and mark it
B. Keep both the test tubes in a beaker and weigh
the beaker. Add 20 dropes of ethanoic acid from
test tube B to sodium carbonate in test tube A.
Sodium ethanoate, water and carbon dioxide are
formed. Weigh the content again. But, now the
new readings does not match the older ones.
This reaction is carried out in which system?
