Another charge = 10 q

Distance = 0.02 m

Force F=3.6\times10^{-5}\ N

We need to calculate the charge

Using formula of electric force

F = \dfrac{kq_{1}q_{2}}{r^2}

F=\dfrac{1}{4\pi\epsilon_{0}}\dfrac{q_{1}q_{2}}{r^2}

Where, q_{1} = one charge

q_{2} = another charge

r = distance

F = force

Put the value into the formula

3.6\times10^{-5}=\dfrac{9\times10^{9}\timesq\times10q}{(0.02)^2}

q^2=\dfrac{(0.02)^2\times3.6\times10^{-5}}{9\times10^{9}\times10}

q=\sqrt{1.6\times10^{-19}}\ C

q=4\times10^{-10}\ C

Hence, The charge is 4\times10^{-10}\ C
