To promote school spirit, the student council has decided to sell T-shirts with the school logo. Amanda investigated one company that would charge $75 to make the printing screen for the shirts and then $5.50 per shirt. Adam checked out a second company that would charge $7 per shirt. Joan looked into a third company that would charge $3 a shirt to print the school logo on the shirts, but the student council would have to provide the blank T-shirts. Joan looked at many stores to and a good buy on T-shirts. The best buy she could and was 4 blank T-shirts for $15. She volunteered to get the T-shirts herself and not charge any transportation costs if the student council went with the company she found.
