can we all agree that grammatically speaking, these 2 phrases means the same thing.

I know the meaning of some sentences change when you use the gerund or infinitive as an object

but I haven't found a single grammar book that says you should only use the infinitive or gerund in this particular case when using it as a noun.

"be or not to be and being or not being" is another case when someone might say "being or not being" is wrong or they might even say that these 2 phrases are completely different but, are they really different
